Equipment function characteristics
l Control system： SIEMENS PLC control system, with high stable operation and extremely low failure rate;
l Check system： German LEUZE check label sensor, automatic check label position, stable and convenient don’t have much higher requirement for the worker skill;
l Send label system：Panasonic servo motor control system, stable with high speed；
l Machine Material：The machine and spare parts all use material S304 stainless steel and anodized senior aluminum alloy,with high corrosion resistance and never rust;
l Low voltage circuit all use the France Schneider brand.
4. Working process
① Bottles move to separate bottle device, keep bottles in a certain distance and move in one line;
② When sensor check bottle, send signal to PLC, PLC received the signal deal with information first, then output signal to servo motor driver, driven by the drive motor for send label.
③ The brush label device past label on bottle one side first, then bottle rolling around in the roll label device, brush label on bottle body for around, labeling finish.

A3:We will confirm the payment with you when quoting, like FCA, CIF or others.T/T is the main payment.
Q4.How do you ensure your product quality?
A4:We conduct inspections in every production procedure, and for finished products, we will take 100% inspection depend on international standards according to customer's requirements.
Q5:Does the machine power voltage meet buyers' factory power source?
A5: We can do it as your request.
Q6: Is it difficult to install the machine ?
A6: For standard small machines, the machines will be packed with no take apart, it comes to you to be a complete machine; you just need to connect power and compressed air to machine, then begin to operate the machine.
For large size machines, we will take the machine apart, on condition that we do our best to keep the machine easy to assembly.
