Performance Characteristics:
1. The machine adopts imported touching screen, on which all settings and operation can be done. Meanwhile, various product data can be stored in advance, and operator only to select parameters from the computer while usage.
2. According to different collocations for the machine and different products, the max packing speed is up to 80pcs/min.
3. Constant temperature heat sealing and cutting system is suitable for PE. POF etc, industrial standard shrink films, the seal is firm and nice, especially applicable for POF film, adjust the conveyor with the head wheel for packing products of different size. The reliability is higher and easier to operate it.
4. The front feed in systems speed is adjustable, combines a worktable at the end of the tunnel, makes whole machine highly automatic, it runs automatically without an operator comes true.
5. BM-500L Hi-speed hot air circulating shrink tunnel adopts roller type conveyor, the rollers are covered by silicone gel pipe, they roll automatically, also the conveyor can use Teflon mesh belt or S. S. Mesh belt instead of rollers. When shrink PE film, need not the rollers roll, easy to convert it by the handle at the end of the tunnel.
6. The temperature inside the tunnel is even, suitable for shrink PE. PVC. POF films.
7. The inner container forms hot air circulation inside tunnel, the volume of hot air can be controlled by the air doors according to the packing requirements for different products.

A2:Our main product includes powder mixers,granulating equipments,drying equipments,capsule fillers,blister packing machines,tablet/capsule counting filling line,ampoule/vial/oral liquid filling line includes ultrasonic washing machine,sterilization oven,filling capping machine,labeling machine.
Q3. What's the payment terms?
A3:We will confirm the payment with you when quoting, like FCA, CIF or others.T/T is the main payment.
Q4.How do you ensure your product quality?
A4:We conduct inspections in every production procedure, and for finished products, we will take 100% inspection depend on international standards according to customer's requirements.
Q5:Does the machine power voltage meet buyers' factory power source?
A5: We can do it as your request.
Q6: Is it difficult to install the machine ?
A6: For standard small machines, the machines will be packed with no take apart, it comes to you to be a complete machine; you just need to connect power and compressed air to machine, then begin to operate the machine.
For large size machines, we will take the machine apart, on condition that we do our best to keep the machine easy to assembly.
