2, liquid filling and plugging machine (optional for customers with hundred-level laminar flow hood)

Main components:

8 sets of high-precision peristaltic pump filling; 1 set of plug sorting machine; 2 sets of plug feeding mechanism; 2 sets of plugging mechanism, 1 set of bottle feeding and conveying mechanism.

Main technical features:

⑴ Adopting high-precision cam indexing gap mechanism, equal-division tray bottle feeding mechanism, high positioning accuracy, simple and reliable structure.

⑵Photoelectric detection function: The machine can be plugged when there is a bottle, and if there is no bottle, it will not be plugged;

⑶Automatic shutdown protection function for no bottles and inverted bottles: When there is a shortage of bottles or inverted bottles during work, the host will be stopped and not plugged when detected by the electric eye, which plays a protective role.
