Equipment parameters:

1. Material: 304;                                                      

2. Main configuration: Capsule automatic separation device, filtration device, feeding hopper, liquid outlet, waste outlet, motor 1.1 KW；                                                                     

3. Features: Through the capsule automatic separator, the capsules can be cut, crushed, and centrifuged for automatic filtration of the medicine solution, and the waste rubber can be automatically discharged from the waste outlet. During the operation of the machine, internal and external isolation is implemented, and the entire work process is completed in one go, effectively preventing the problem of cross contamination of medication and meeting the requirements of GMP hygiene standards and specifications;                                                                               

4. Work ability: 60KG per hour, with a liquid recovery rate of ≥ 90% for oily suspensions and around 80% for suspensions;

6. Size of crushed pills: Small knives can crush pills with a diameter of 4-6mm, while conventional knives can crush pills with a diameter of 6-8mm. Other pill sizes need to be customized
