Tablet hardness tester is an instrument used for detecting breaking hardness of tablet.

Corporate standard (Tablet hardness tester) Q/12XQ0186-2010
C. Features
1. The tablet is loaded and pressed artificially.
2. There is high accuracy press sensor, and hardness data is displayed on LED.
3. It test tablet hardness continuously. The biggest number is 100 pieces of gang.
4. Time of testing will be saved by directly measuring the diameter.
5. Test data is displayed and locked automatically, so can test be reset and cycled.
6. It can deal with and print out such data as: Hardness of each tablet, the maximum value, the minimal value, the average value and the number of tablets.
7. The parameters can be preset at any time. Either preset or real data is displayed on the LED.
8. Automation: Auto-test, auto-diagnose, auto-alarm.

A4:We conduct inspections in every production procedure, and for finished products, we will take 100% inspection depend on international standards according to customer's requirements.
Q5:Does the machine power voltage meet buyers' factory power source?
A5: We can do it as your request.
Q6: Is it difficult to install the machine ?
A6: For standard small machines, the machines will be packed with no take apart, it comes to you to be a complete machine; you just need to connect power and compressed air to machine, then begin to operate the machine.
For large size machines, we will take the machine apart, on condition that we do our best to keep the machine easy to assembly.
