ZPG-29 Rotary Tablet Press
The main purpose
This machine is widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, electronic and other industries. It can suppress all kinds of granular materials that meet the requirements. It can also press special-shaped boards and double-sided engraving boards.
Main feature
◆The pressure is high enough to meet the better quality requirements of tablets.
◆Using IPT punching machine, double-pressure double-sided output, high production efficiency.
◆The control part adopts PLC programmable controller, and the operation panel adopts color touch screen, which is easy to operate.
◆ Equipped with closed forced feeder. When the equipment is running at high speed, it will forcefully fill the material, which shortens the filling time and ensures the stability of the tablet weight.
◆ Equipped with main pressure display and pressure overload protection device, when the pressure is overloaded, it can automatically stop. It is equipped with overpressure protection, emergency stop, inverter fault alarm protection, and powerful exhaust heat dissipation device.
◆The working area adopts fully enclosed transparent windows, which has less dust pollution and good airtightness. The components are made of stainless steel or special surface treatment to prevent cross-contamination and meet GMP requirements.

Q3. What's the payment terms?
A3:We will confirm the payment with you when quoting, like FCA, CIF or others.T/T is the main payment.
Q4.How do you ensure your product quality?
A4:We conduct inspections in every production procedure, and for finished products, we will take 100% inspection depend on international standards according to customer's requirements.
Q5:Does the machine power voltage meet buyers' factory power source?
A5: We can do it as your request.
Q6: Is it difficult to install the machine ?
A6: For standard small machines, the machines will be packed with no take apart, it comes to you to be a complete machine; you just need to connect power and compressed air to machine, then begin to operate the machine.
For large size machines, we will take the machine apart, on condition that we do our best to keep the machine easy to assembly.
