Machine Feature:
The process of measuring, bag-making, filling, sealing, printing and cutting can be done automatically. The packaging machine can pack many kinds of material such as grain, powder, liquid and tablet, etc.

Powder kind: Milk powder, bean powder, condiment, humid pesticide powder, etc.
Packaging Material:
Various Laminate Film, for example: Polypropylene/Polythene, Polyester/Aluminum foil/Polythene, Polyester/Aluminum-plating/Polythene, Nylon/Polythene, Polyester/Polythene, etc.
Technical Features:
1. Adopts CPU to control each function states, and setup the man-machine conversation interface.
2. The Double channel temperature of the horizontal and vertical is controlled by intelligent temperature controlling device.
3. Intelligent photo cell orientation, transform discretionarily between the light/shade. Strongly anti-jamming, when two bags can't catch up with the upper mark the machine will stop and give an alarm.
4. The packaging speed can be adjusted continuously within specified range. Orientation open mouth and stop.
5. The integrative cutter has a device of dustproof with it. It is very easy to adjust the cutter's position.
6. The bag-making has high precision. Easily Operation and maintain.
7. Having functions just like paper cutting, bag-stopped up, safe door detecting and so on.
8. Adopt cubage method to measure the material. Measuring is nicety for the material which have symmetrical density.

A3:We will confirm the payment with you when quoting, like FCA, CIF or others.T/T is the main payment.

A4:We conduct inspections in every production procedure, and for finished products, we will take 100% inspection depend on international standards according to customer's requirements.
Q5:Does the machine power voltage meet buyers' factory power source?
A5: We can do it as your request.
Q6: Is it difficult to install the machine ?
A6: For standard small machines, the machines will be packed with no take apart, it comes to you to be a complete machine; you just need to connect power and compressed air to machine, then begin to operate the machine.
For large size machines, we will take the machine apart, on condition that we do our best to keep the machine easy to assembly.
