VFFS-5000L automatic paste VFFS packaging machine is specially set up for package of product with medium to high viscosity, it can make pillow type bags, gusset bag, the metering range is 20-500g
And 200-1000g, the maximum speed can reach 80bags/min.
Features:
1 This machine is developed with respect to the need for the filling of product with medium to high viscosity.
2 The entire machine consists of such three sections as storage hopper, electric control and VFFS-5000D packaging machine with simple construction and convenient operation.
3 The pneumatic section all adopts pneumatic components of German FESTO and Japanese SMCD company.
4 The cylinder piston and cylinder body are made of PTFE and 316L steel in compliance with GMP requirements.
5 Both the filling quantity and filling rate can be arbitrarily adjusted with high accuracy.
6 The filling closure fitting adopts anti-drip and anti-drawing filling device.
7 This machine can be refitted into explosion-proof filling system, multi-head filling system, thermal insulation system, semi-automatic and fully automatic filling system according to the client's need.

A3:We will confirm the payment with you when quoting, like FCA, CIF or others.T/T is the main payment.
Q4.How do you ensure your product quality?
A4:We conduct inspections in every production procedure, and for finished products, we will take 100% inspection depend on international standards according to customer's requirements.
Q5:Does the machine power voltage meet buyers' factory power source?
A5: We can do it as your request.
Q6: Is it difficult to install the machine ?
A6: For standard small machines, the machines will be packed with no take apart, it comes to you to be a complete machine; you just need to connect power and compressed air to machine, then begin to operate the machine.
For large size machines, we will take the machine apart, on condition that we do our best to keep the machine easy to assembly.
