Induction Sealing Machine
A new type of container sealing equipment, which is manufactured by bringing in the most advanced US Transistor Power Module and with main elements and part employed in original packing abroad.
Its applicable to seal container in any type of plastic material, as well as glass. The main operation process as follow. Rotate tightly container lid with aluminum foil comp-ound pad inside, then conveyer belt carries to pass under induction generator, ar the moment...Aluminum foil is fused onto the mouth of container by instantaneous heat caused by electromagnetic induction. Sealing is achieved. If there exists some rough articles on sealing mouth, that will not be any passive affection on sealing.
It is well capable of preventing articles inside container from spiling out, and effective in moisture-proof, mildew-proof. All advantages above mentioned estend.
Service life of the machine and meet with GMP standard.
The machine is appreciated by its adjustable power, high sealing speed, powerful adhesive force, effective in separating aluminum and it's paper pad. It matches assenbly line.
Bottle arranging machine and bottlle removing machine also could be chosen as acxuliary. Easy assmbling and diassembling. Material appliances: PE, PET, PP, PVC, ABS, Glass bottle etc.

Q3. What's the payment terms?
A3:We will confirm the payment with you when quoting, like FCA, CIF or others.T/T is the main payment.
Q4.How do you ensure your product quality?
A4:We conduct inspections in every production procedure, and for finished products, we will take 100% inspection depend on international standards according to customer's requirements.
Q5:Does the machine power voltage meet buyers' factory power source?
A5: We can do it as your request.
Q6: Is it difficult to install the machine ?
A6: For standard small machines, the machines will be packed with no take apart, it comes to you to be a complete machine; you just need to connect power and compressed air to machine, then begin to operate the machine.
For large size machines, we will take the machine apart, on condition that we do our best to keep the machine easy to assembly.
