Linear air washing machine
The blowing needle is pressed down to the inside of the bottle for cleaning with the host synchronously. When the blowing and suction needle tube extends into the bottle mouth for a certain length, the sealing gasket on the needle tube seat contacts the surface of the bottle mouth and is properly compressed. At the same time, the mechanical valve is opened, the air inlet pipe is connected and air is blown into the bottle through the needle tube, and the air blown into the bottle is sucked out by the suction needle tube.
What is blown in from the needle tube is the filtered dry compressed air, which forms a gas circulation in the bottle, powerfully flushes the inner surface of the container, so that the dust in the bottle is suspended; the whirlpool air pump that runs all the time removes it from a slightly larger diameter The suction pipe is discharged to complete the cleaning and dust removal process.
