VFFS machine(Siamesed Multiweigher packing machine)
China's first packaging machine that encompasses both weighing and packaging into one single machine. It has feature of simple operation, compact structure, small size, high precision. The maximum height is 2.6 m, the minimum up to 2 m, along with conveying equipment only need 9 square meters, widely used in all kinds of granular material packaging industry, such as medicinal herbs, candy, snacks, nuts and hardware etc.
The existing three type of machine: 10 head machine, 12 and 14 head machine head machine. The most advantage of this machine is scale and packaging machine integration structure, all the control concentrate on a touch screen, higher content of science and technology, human interface makes operation more convenient and quick. Use international advanced automation control system, as well as the advanced vibration filtering to negate vibration skillfully from VFFS. To increase accuracy. Now the max. Weighing is 1000 g, max. Film width can be 500 mm, packaging max. Accuracy is 0.2 g, max. Packing speed can be up to 100 bags/min. Single servo or double servo can be choose, all main electrical parts use international famous-brand product.
The machine control operating system using single chip control technology, simple circuit structure, stable long time running, high reliability. Supply many kinds of coding machine and other auxiliary equipment, such as nitrogen gas flushing device, gusset device, hole punch device etc. Easy for customers to realize scale & standardized production, high investment returns.

A1:We commonly use sea transportation, using container to deliver the goods through Shanghai Port.

A2:Our main product includes powder mixers,granulating equipments,drying equipments,capsule fillers,blister packing machines,tablet/capsule counting filling line,ampoule/vial/oral liquid filling line includes ultrasonic washing machine,sterilization oven,filling capping machine,labeling machine.
Q3. What's the payment terms?
A3:We will confirm the payment with you when quoting, like FCA, CIF or others.T/T is the main payment.
Q4.How do you ensure your product quality?
A4:We conduct inspections in every production procedure, and for finished products, we will take 100% inspection depend on international standards according to customer's requirements.
Q5:Does the machine power voltage meet buyers' factory power source?
A5: We can do it as your request.
Q6: Is it difficult to install the machine ?
A6: For standard small machines, the machines will be packed with no take apart, it comes to you to be a complete machine; you just need to connect power and compressed air to machine, then begin to operate the machine.
For large size machines, we will take the machine apart, on condition that we do our best to keep the machine easy to assembly.
