Capsule Filling Machine
Introduction:
The CGN208-D2 capsule filling machine is the latest and most efficient capsule filling equipment developed and improved on our CGN208-D and pellet filling machines. It meets the market demand for filling multiple materials inside a capsule, which can be achieved on one device with high cost-effectiveness. At the same time, the new type of broadcasting bag assembly adopts a cylindrical positioning design, which reduces the time for mold replacement and debugging to only 5-8 minutes. And the new assembly will be simpler, more intuitive, and more convenient compared to the old model in terms of capsule dropping, turning, vacuum separation, and manual operation, with a higher rate of capsule installation. This machine has a novel structure and beautiful appearance. It adopts electrical and pneumatic joint control, equipped with electronic automatic counting device, programmable controller, and frequency converter speed control device. It can respectively complete the actions of capsule positioning, separation, filling, locking, etc., replacing manual filling, reducing labor intensity, improving production efficiency, accurate filling dosage, and meeting the hygiene requirements of pharmaceutical enterprises.
This machine consists of a new type of bag filling and separation mechanism, two types of drug filling mechanisms, a locking mechanism, a variable frequency speed regulation mechanism, pneumatic and electrical control systems, protective devices, as well as vacuum pumps and air pump (optional) accessories.
Both domestically produced or imported mechanism capsules and handmade capsules (handmade capsules that have been fitted with a pill machine) are applicable, with a finished product qualification rate of over 98%.

b) Anforderungen an die Gasversorgung
An der Reinigungsstation ist die Zugabe sauberer Druckluft erforderlich.
Luftdruck: 0,4–0,8 MPa;
Luftdurchsatz: 5 m3/h;
c) Staubsauger
Die Maschine sollte während des Betriebs mit einem Staubsauger oder Staubsauger ausgestattet sein;
Die Fördermenge beträgt ca. 200 m3/h.
