Can I get samples from your factory?
No,machine is made by order and customized.Different clients has different requirements.

If products have some quality problem, how would you deal with?
Guarantee time is one year and if there is parts broken due to quality problem,not include wearing parts,not includes wrong operated by clients,we will change for free.

What’s the delivery time ?
Depends on machines,usually single machine delivery time from 30-60 days.
If production line needs 2-3 months.

Export wooden case according to customer requirement.

Yes, we accept this OEM.

How about after sales service like installation and commission machine?
We can teach clients by video calling.
We can send engineer to client factory if client needs,round air tickets,food,accomodation
is paid by client and engineer service cost USD100/day.

How about factory acceptance time(FAT) for machines?
It depends on exact machines,usually from 2-5 days.

Yes,we can make touch screen programs with local languages like English,French,Spanish,Russia etc.
