Product Description
Features of equipment
1. Because of powder Granulating, the flow property is improved and the dust is reduced;
2. Because of powder Granulating, its solving property is improved;
3. The mixing, Granulating and drying can be completed in one step inside the machine;
4. The operation of equipment is safe because the antistatic filtering cloth is adapted;
5. The operation personnel can not be damaged if explosion is taken place because there is releasing hole;
6. The equipment has no dead corner. Therefore the loading and unloading are quick and light and clean. It can meet the requirements of GMP.
Scope of applications
Pharmaceutical industry: Tablet capsule, low sugar or no sugar granule of Chinese traditional medicine.
Foodstuff: Cocoa, coffee, milk powder, juice of granulate, flavoring and so on.
Other industries: Pesticide, feed, chemical fertilizer, pigment, dyestuff and so on.
Drying: Powder or granule state of wet material
Coating: Protection layer, color, controlled release, film, or bowels solved coating of granules and pills.
Principles
The powder granule the container (fluidization bed) appear the state of fluidization, It is pre-heated and mixed with clean and heated air. At the same time the solution of adhesive solvent is fogged and sprayed into the container. It makes the some particles become granulating that contains adhesive. Being of unceasing dry through hot air, the moisture in the granulating is evaporated and the adhesive is solidification. The process is carried out continuously. Finally it forms ideal, uniform and porous granules.

A3:We will confirm the payment with you when quoting, like FCA, CIF or others.T/T is the main payment.
Q4.How do you ensure your product quality?
A4:We conduct inspections in every production procedure, and for finished products, we will take 100% inspection depend on international standards according to customer's requirements.
Q5:Does the machine power voltage meet buyers' factory power source?
A5: We can do it as your request.
Q6: Is it difficult to install the machine ?
A6: For standard small machines, the machines will be packed with no take apart, it comes to you to be a complete machine; you just need to connect power and compressed air to machine, then begin to operate the machine.
For large size machines, we will take the machine apart, on condition that we do our best to keep the machine easy to assembly.
