Paste labeling machine
1. Characteristics
This machine is a linear fully automatic labeling machine that has been continuously improved by our technical personnel and international advanced technology. During operation, a small amount of glue is evenly applied to the labeling rod using a rubber roller, and then the label is attached to the label box. After being hooked by the label removal claw, the label is transferred to the vacuum box belt, and the suction force of the vacuum box is used to flatten the label adsorbed on the belt and squeeze it onto the bottles being transported. This cyclic action makes the mechanical operation smooth and beautiful, and the operation simple,easy to adjust, smooth component operation, and smooth label attachment are highly praised by customers.
Precautions for operating the paste labeling machine
1. Selection of glue - Panda white glue (polyvinyl acetate lotion) is usually used. When adding glue, be careful not to add too much, as long as there is a layer of glue film on the rubber wheel. Because too much glue actually causes the label to be stuck on the paper conveyor belt and sponge pad due to the compression between the bottle and sponge board, which hinders future label sticking.
2. Label processing - In order to ensure that the label can be fully attached to the bottle and increase the appearance of the product, the label should be kept flat before it can be fully glued. Due to the fact that labels are prone to moisture and curling in the air at room temperature. So, when storing the label, it must be fixed with a hard board before and after, and then clamped with a rubber band.
3. Handling of Bottles - When attaching labels to bottles, there must be no oil stains or dust on the outer surface

Common problems with paste labeling machine
The paper feeding is not smooth
1. The paper limit adjustment is too tight, adjust the limit block again.
2. The paper claws are stuck, clean the paper claws.
3. Divide too many sheets, adjust the gap between the paper separation wheel and the paper separation platform.
Equipment unresponsive
1. Confirm that there are no issues with the power cord.
2. Confirm if the fuse next to the input socket is intact. If it is burnt out, please replace it.
3. Possible loose wiring inside the electrical box, please have it repaired by a professional.
4. The relay is damaged, replace it with a 24V relay.
Label misalignment
1. The paper limit position was not adjusted properly, please readjust it to ensure the accuracy of paper feeding.
2. The product is not placed correctly, replay the product.
3. The support rod is not parallel to the axis of the bottle, causing the bottle to deviate during rotation. Adjust the parallelism to ensure that the bottle rotates without deviation
