DPB-250E Automatic Blister Packing Machine

This product is a newly packaging machine designed for medicine in our company, its function has reached domestic leading level. It is suitable for capsule, tablet, honey pill, candy, one-off injector as well as irregular shape Al-plastic, paper-plastic composite and Al-Al sealing packaging in pharmacy, food, electronics, medical equipment industry etc. This machine is adopted with microcomputer PLC, touch-panel operation, frequency converter, easy operating; It is ideal packaging equipment at present.
Features:
1. Blister forming, hot-sealing, lot number printing, avulsion line impressing and cutting etc all adopt mandrel orientation, each can move freely in the mandrel when shaking the hand wheel, and with staff gauge, easy to adjust and exact orientation, which can fit for medicine-card packaging of different sizes.
2. Manipulator towing, adjustable travel range, automatic feeding, hot-sealing and automatic lot number printing, easy to operate, and credible running.
3. Collocate positive pressing air forming mechanism, which could fit for the packaging of ampoule, needle, injector and Chinese traditional medicine big pill etc, ensuring blister forming well, and could collocate automatic charging device for ampoule, needle and injector etc.
4. The main transmission part adopts parallel axis and bevel wheel speed reducer, forming dies; Hot-sealing dies and impressing dies adopt bolt orientation, with exact orientation, easy to change dies and material saving.
5. Sectional framework, easy to dismantle and install, convenient for maintain (Detachable design make the machine can be easily carried and installed. )
Notes: 1. It can be added opposite sealing device with cursor trace.
2. It can be added ink-jet printer according to the requirement of user.

A3:We will confirm the payment with you when quoting, like FCA, CIF or others.T/T is the main payment.

A4:We conduct inspections in every production procedure, and for finished products, we will take 100% inspection depend on international standards according to customer's requirements.
Q5:Does the machine power voltage meet buyers' factory power source?
A5: We can do it as your request.
Q6: Is it difficult to install the machine ?
A6: For standard small machines, the machines will be packed with no take apart, it comes to you to be a complete machine; you just need to connect power and compressed air to machine, then begin to operate the machine.
For large size machines, we will take the machine apart, on condition that we do our best to keep the machine easy to assembly.
