DPB-260D HIGH-SPEED ALU/ALU-ALU/PLASTIC BLISTER PACKING MACHINE
Description:
DPB-260D is the latest product developed by our company. This machine drives by servo motor and traction by precision leadscrew. It is a high-speed blister packing machine adopting PLC, frequency converter, and man-machine interface. It can check on-line and eliminate the waste plate by itself. In accordance with GMP rule requirement, it is an ideal blister packing machine for aluminum-aluminum, aluminum-plastic, paper-plastic packing. And it has got high popularity.
Feature:
1. Traction drive by servo motor (traction by precision leadscrew or rubber press roller), with precise synchronization. The length of travel range can be set in man-machine interface.
2. Equipped with eye marking system, the background of printed pattern is uniform and looks pleasant.
3. Available for alu-plastic (hot forming) and alu-alu (cold forming), only change mould and feeder for alu-alu packing.
4. Various types of feeder solve the difficulty for irregular shape products packing.
5. Five stations forming, heat-sealing, batch number embossing, avulsion line impressing and cutting etc all adopt gear mandrel orientation, each can move freely in the mandrel when rotate the hand wheel, easy to adjust and accurately.
6. Newly mould orientation device speed up the mould changing requirement.
7. Equipped with plexiglass cover: The operation area is isolated with transmission organ, avoids pollution, easy for clean.
8. Online detection and ejection system can be chosen for option.

A6: For standard small machines, the machines will be packed with no take apart, it comes to you to be a complete machine; you just need to connect power and compressed air to machine, then begin to operate the machine.
For large size machines, we will take the machine apart, on condition that we do our best to keep the machine easy to assembly.
