Working Principle:
The powder filling machine is mainly suitable for powder packaging of round or irregular bottles. The capping head is pressed down by the connecting rod mechanism and rotates clockwise (the capping speed is adjustable) to complete the capping work. The height of the entire machine base of the capping machine's capping head can be adjusted, and the speed of the entire action process of capping and tightening can be adjusted; The capping speed is adjustable.
The lid is equipped with an automatic lid sorting device, which arranges the messy bottle caps in an orderly manner and enters the hanging station along the sliding track, with accurate and error free positioning. The screw cap movement is driven by the groove cam to install the fixing plate on the screw cap head on the connecting rod, thereby driving the screw cap head to rise or fall; When screwing the cap, there is a positioning cylinder to locate the bottle to prevent damage to the bottle body.
