NJY-300automatic hard capsule liquid Filling and sealing machine production line
Product performance, features:
1. The equipment adopts man-machine interface control system, which automatically lacks capsules and lacks material alarm.
2. The capsule feeding machine has a vacuum positioning and separating mechanism, so that the probability of the capsule is over 99%.
The fiber is automatically detected, and the capsule is missing in the upper and lower mold holes.
3. High-precision ceramic pump and servo motor dosing system are adopted to control the difference of the loading amount to about ±2%, and the dosage is accurate.
4. The sealing mechanism adopts the servo motor lifting device, which can be used to jog and fine-tune the rubber wheel to achieve the best effect of the sealing layer.
5. The sealing liquid tank is designed as a sealing structure, and is equipped with a heating and heat preservation system to ensure the viscosity of the glue liquid and effectively extend the glue liquid period.
6. The finished dry curing mold adopts hanging type and free rotation structure, which effectively improves the disassembly and unloading cleaning time.
The approximate working principle of each station:
1. The first station capsule separation,
2. The second station: the upper and lower capsule mold separation,
3. The third station photoelectric detection capsule is separated or normal,
4. The fourth station: filling liquid,
5. The fifth station : Add smaller capsules (mixed fill).
6. Sixth station: capsules that are not normally separated and damaged capsules are removed.
7. Seventh station: vacancies.
8. The eighth station: lock capsule.
9. Ninth station: finished capsule export (connected capsule sealing machine).
10. The tenth station: the upper and lower molds are reset.

A4:We conduct inspections in every production procedure, and for finished products, we will take 100% inspection depend on international standards according to customer's requirements.
Q5:Does the machine power voltage meet buyers' factory power source?

A6: For standard small machines, the machines will be packed with no take apart, it comes to you to be a complete machine; you just need to connect power and compressed air to machine, then begin to operate the machine.
For large size machines, we will take the machine apart, on condition that we do our best to keep the machine easy to assembly.
