Semi-automatic capsule filler with double loaders
Introduction
1. Semi-automatic capsule filling machine is a product proposed by our company in response to the shortcomings of the existing semi-automatic capsule filling machine products.
2. Programmable control system, touch screen panel operation, stepless frequency conversion debugging and pneumatic joint control adopted by the whole machine.
3. The design of the equipment adopts the double-head automatic capsule filling machine's dialing method. In terms of dialing speed, mold replacement, filling degree, maintenance, etc., it has made significant progress compared with the old semi-automatic capsule filling machine. The equipment has become more rapid, convenient, simple and stable. In terms of bag lock, we adopt pneumatic control and automatic bag lock method to save labor time.
4. In terms of man and machine, our company has installed a safety door device at the dialing station. When the safety door is not closed, the equipment is in a static state and cannot be operated. In the powder filling station, a visual window is added to observe the degree of powder loading. A barrier is installed on the lock bag station to avoid accidents when the lock bag is turned over. A capsule tray rack is added to the right side of the device for easy application.
5. The machine body and work surface are made of stainless steel, which is anti-corrosion and oxidation.
6. The equipment can fill different types of capsules, which are used to fill hard capsules of medicines and health care products such as powders, granules, and pellets.

A4:We conduct inspections in every production procedure, and for finished products, we will take 100% inspection depend on international standards according to customer's requirements.
Q5:Does the machine power voltage meet buyers' factory power source?
A5: We can do it as your request.
Q6: Is it difficult to install the machine ?
A6: For standard small machines, the machines will be packed with no take apart, it comes to you to be a complete machine; you just need to connect power and compressed air to machine, then begin to operate the machine.
For large size machines, we will take the machine apart, on condition that we do our best to keep the machine easy to assembly.
