Wz Series External Circulating Single Effect Concentrator
Application:
This equipment is suitable for evaporation and concentration the liquid material and recycling the organic solvent in pharmaceutical, foodstuff and chemical industry, etc. It is specially suitable for low temperature concentration for milk, juice and the majority heat-sensitivity material.
Feature:
1. This equipment is consist of heater, evaporator, condensate recycling device, etc. Compare with the traditional equipment, it's with less investment, high efficiency and low consumption.
2. The whole process is in a vacuum condition in order to avoid pollution. It has fast evaporating speed and the concentration proportion can get above 1.2.
3. The top of heater is with fast-opening device so that is easy to clean. The equipment can equip with automatic drainage system in order to lighten the labor intensity.
