Working principle of dry rolling granulator: Dry powder material is added from the top of the equipment, and after degassing and spiral preloading, it enters the counter roll. Under the tremendous squeezing force of the counter roll, the material undergoes plastic deformation and is compressed into flakes. The sheet-like material undergoes processes such as crushing, granulation, and screening to obtain granular products.
