Equipment Overview:
This machine is a new equipment that utilizes crystal water (with a moisture content of 0.5-5%) in materials to directly degas, compress, and pelletize powders into ideal particles. This model has a reasonable structure, stable and reliable performance, easy cleaning and maintenance, high power and output, and good particle flowability. Widely applicable to granulation in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals, especially suitable for granulation of materials that cannot be solved by wet methods. The particles produced by this mechanism can be compressed into tablets, filled into capsules, etc.
working principle
The raw materials are evenly fed into the feeding hopper through a quantitative feeder, and the granulator passes through pressure rollers with different patterns, leaving a certain gap between them. The two rotate in opposite directions at the same speed. One set of roller bearing seats remains stationary inside the frame, while the other set of roller bearing seats moves on the frame guide rails and are pressed tightly against each other by hydraulic cylinders. There are many holes of the same shape and size arranged regularly on the surface of the rolling mill, and the valleys are aligned with the valleys. At this time, the dry powder material continuously and uniformly enters between the two rollers by its own weight and forced feeding from above. The material first flows freely and enters the biting zone before being gradually bitten into the valley by the rollers. As the rolling mill rotates continuously, the space occupied by the material gradually decreases and is gradually compressed, reaching the maximum forming pressure. Subsequently, the pressure gradually decreases, and the compressed block falls off the holes due to elastic recovery and its own weight, entering the crushing and screening device. The resulting product is a qualified granular product, which is weighed and packaged. The fine powder and unqualified oversized particles coming out of the powder outlet are re entered into the feeding port of the elevator by the return screw, mixed with fresh materials and added to the pre feeding hopper before entering the next round of process flow
