Application:
This machine is one kind of double side rotary tablet press machine, which can press granular materials into round shape tablet, irregular tablet or double-side engraved tablet. This machine is mainly used in pharmaceutical, chemistry, foodstuff, electronic industries.
Features:
1: High speed with large quantity punches, double press rollers, suitable for mass production.
2: Made of stainless steel, the housing is fully closed. The surface of the rotary turret is covered with a hardened layer so that the turret surface is wear resistant. The machine conforms to GMP requirements.
3: Perfect tableting system, twice compression forming reasonable framework with proper space and big pressure roller, machine performance is reliable and no tablet weight difference.
4: Compression compartment is entirely enclosed with transparent glass to prevent contamination.
5: Double impeller type force feeder, improve granules flow-ability and filling performance, ensure the filling precision.
6: Tooling track adopt doubleside lifting structure, the punches are balanced stress and wear resistance.
7: High performance electrical control system, ensure each program processing precisely.
8: Automatic oil & grease central lubrication system. Ensure the lubrication of pressure rollers, toolings and tracks, extending the working life of the machine.
Note:
1: GZPK730 Model adopt advanced operation system and tablet weight control system, adjust each operation parameter (main pressure, pre-pressure and filling depth) easily without handwheel. Effective detecting and adjusting for tablet hardness and weight is achieved.
2: GZPK730 Model can record all the process parameter for each production batch, it is convenient for operator to control the machine.

A1:We commonly use sea transportation, using container to deliver the goods through Shanghai Port.

A2:Our main product includes powder mixers,granulating equipments,drying equipments,capsule fillers,blister packing machines,tablet/capsule counting filling line,ampoule/vial/oral liquid filling line includes ultrasonic washing machine,sterilization oven,filling capping machine,labeling machine.
Q3. What's the payment terms?
A3:We will confirm the payment with you when quoting, like FCA, CIF or others.T/T is the main payment.
Q4.How do you ensure your product quality?
A4:We conduct inspections in every production procedure, and for finished products, we will take 100% inspection depend on international standards according to customer's requirements.
Q5:Does the machine power voltage meet buyers' factory power source?
A5: We can do it as your request.
Q6: Is it difficult to install the machine ?
A6: For standard small machines, the machines will be packed with no take apart, it comes to you to be a complete machine; you just need to connect power and compressed air to machine, then begin to operate the machine.
For large size machines, we will take the machine apart, on condition that we do our best to keep the machine easy to assembly.
