Main purpose
This machine is a dual pressure multifunctional automatic rotating continuous tablet pressing machine, which presses granular raw materials into tablets. Working principle
1. The outer shell is fully enclosed and made of stainless steel, while the inner tabletop is made of stainless steel, which can maintain surface gloss and prevent cross contamination, in compliance with GMP.
2. The mechanical operation can be clearly seen with a transparent protective cover. And it can be fully opened for easy cleaning and maintenance.
3. The speed is variable frequency speed regulation, which can be adjusted arbitrarily.

Procurement and maintenance recommendations
Clarify production capacity: First determine the target output. If high-speed production is required, the ZP series rotary tablet press should be given priority. Although the price is higher, the efficiency is exponentially improved.
Pay attention to the "top car" protection: It is recommended to confirm whether the equipment is equipped with overload protection device when purchasing. When the pressure is too high or the material gets stuck, the device can automatically shut down to protect the die and motor.
Mold maintenance: Chicken essence has a high salt content, and molds that come into long-term contact with materials are prone to corrosion. It is recommended to prepare several sets of stamping dies when purchasing, and they must be cleaned and coated with food grade lubricating oil for storage after each use.
