The ZS series Vibration sieve consists of a hopper, an oscillating chamber, a coupling, and a motor. The oscillation chamber is composed of eccentric wheels, rubber software, main shaft, bearings, etc. The adjustable eccentric hammer is driven by a motor to reach the centerline of the main shaft. In an unbalanced state, centrifugal force is generated, causing a change in material strength and forming a track vortex inside the screen. The amplitude of the heavy hammer adjuster should be adjusted according to different materials and screens.

Basic Working Principle:
