Purpose and Features
This machine is mainly used for quantitative packaging of capsules and is suitable for small and medium-sized production in pharmaceutical factories, research institutions, and laboratories. This machine adopts electromagnetic vibration effect, which is stable and reliable; Scientific design, simple, easy to use, small size, and light weight.
Instructions for use
1. Connect the power supply and rotate the counting disc counterclockwise.
2. Put in an appropriate amount of capsules, turn on the power, adjust the pressure switch to the appropriate position, so that the electromagnetic vibration reaches the appropriate intensity, making it easy for the capsules in the counting plate to enter the counting holes. At the same time, use a brush to brush the capsules so that there are capsules in all the counting holes.
3. When bottling, place the bottle at the capsule discharge port and gently touch the micro switch with your fingers or bottle mouth. Rotate the disc until all the capsules fall into the discharge port, and then immediately release the micro switch.
4. Enter the next counting task and use a brush to move the capsule
Precautions
1. The height of the counting disc should be the same as the length of the capsule or slightly higher than the head of the capsule. It should not be too low or too high, otherwise it will damage the capsule when rotating. If it is too low, use a scraper to level the middle high part and make the middle hole match the shaft to make it a waste disc. If it is too high, use a lathe to machine the washer under the counting disc (never make it too low).
2. The retaining ring on the counting disc must be adjusted to the appropriate height, and the bottom edge should be kept at a distance of about 1.5-2mm from the head of the capsule. If it is too low or too high, it will damage the capsule.
When the capsules in the counting holes are not fully filled, do not press the micro switch, otherwise the capsules will be damaged when turned to the retaining ring position. When not all the capsules in the holes are filled, you can use a brush to move the capsules so that there are capsules in all the holes.
4. Capsules that have been deformed due to moisture should not be counted in this machine.
5. The counting disc should not be heavily pressed, otherwise it cannot work properly; When lifting the machine, do not lift it on the counting disc, otherwise it will loosen and damage the counting disc.
6. The capsule must be fully locked and of uniform length, without any unqualified capsules.
