Due to the use of a horizontal fully automatic bag making, filling, and sealing form, the machine is named a horizontal packaging machine.
Due to the use of a horizontal film form, different bag types and materials can be packaged according to the properties of the materials. Suitable for automatic packaging of various powders, sauces, and granules. The maximum packaging speed of a single bag machine can reach 110 bags per minute. The maximum packaging speed of the double bag machine can reach 220 bags per minute. The maximum packaging speed of the multi bag machine can reach 400 bags per minute.

This machine was introduced from Germany with technology, and after more than ten years of digestion and absorption, it gradually entered the stage of independent research and development. TThe horizontal fully automatic packaging machine adopts a filling method of first making bags and then discharging them. The discharge port can be directly inserted into the bottom of the packaging bag to avoid dust lifting. If the powder particles are extremely fine and easily lifted, a dust collector and suction device can be added to the upper seal to remove a small amount of powder adsorbed by the bag mouth. In addition, the horizontal fully automatic packaging machine adopts horizontal sealing to reinforce the sealing performance. This design can completely solve the phenomenon of "rebound", ensuring the sealing of the seal to the greatest extent possible, thereby effectively extending the shelf life of the product.
