Working Principle:
The automatic online weighing scale is mainly composed of a feeding belt, a weighing belt, and a removal belt.
Feeding belt: It mainly ensures sufficient spacing between products and smooth transportation to the next conveyor by increasing the speed.
Weighing belt: Complete the collection of weight signals, analyze and calculate all weight data of the measured product during the entire process of passing through the weighing belt, calculate the weight of the measured product, and at the same time, the weighing module will determine whether the obtained weight data is within the required weight range.
Remove belt: When the product passes through this conveyor belt, qualified products continue to be transported further. If it is not within the required weight range, the machine will activate the removal mechanism to remove products with unqualified weight (overweight/underweight).
Product application:
1. Used for automatic weight detection, upper and lower limit discrimination, or weight grading selection on various automated assembly lines and logistics conveying systems. It can also be used for multi part and missing part detection after product packaging.
2. Widely used for online testing in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, toys, hardware, and chemicals.

11. The curve/bar chart displays the statistical distribution of sorting (re inspection) results, and the window displays the values of the last 10 re inspection results.
