But it is sensitive to the thickness and smoothness of the paper, and is not suitable for folding paper that is too thin or too soft
2. Knife style
Working principle: After the paper is positioned, the folding knife moves downward to press the paper into the gap of the rotating folding roller to complete the folding.
Features and Applicable Scenarios: High folding accuracy, tightly pressed creases, and wide adaptability to paper. Suitable for large format paper or thinner, softer paper, commonly used for folding books, magazines, and magazines. But the disadvantage is that due to mechanical inertia limitations, the speed is relatively slow.
3. Grid knife hybrid type
Working principle: Combining the advantages of fence style and knife style, the first few folds use fence style to pursue high speed, and the last few folds use knife style to ensure accuracy.
