Introduction to capsule tablet weighing function:
The dynamic capsule weighing machine adopts the method of changing molds to process capsules or tablets of different specifications and weigh them one by one. It can be weighed offline or connected to a tablet press or filling machine online to separate capsules or tablets that are not qualified due to insufficient weight. It can perform three-level permission management for data storage, printing, analysis, and device interface operating system. Different permissions can be set according to different personnel, and the system has operation traceability records for tracking and auditing.
Schematic diagram explanation:
Capsules or tablets are placed into the storage bin through an intelligent feeding control system. The rotating mechanism of the storage bin allows the capsules or tablets to be sorted and queued in the discharge pipeline, and then enter the weighing platform one by one. The fastest time they stay on the sensor is only 0.2 seconds. Using the company's unique filtering algorithm, the highest accuracy can reach 0.5mg, and they are weighed one by one. When they slide into the material trough and pass the inspection, they will smoothly slide down. Unqualified ones will be separated into the rejection box by the rejection mechanism.
