The capping machine is the highest precision single machine among the three in one machines, which greatly affects the reliability of equipment operation and the defect rate of products. The characteristics of the capping machine produced by our company are as follows:
1) Introduced the world's most advanced French "ZALKIN" capping machine technology, combined with the production experience of aseptic filling machines, and specially invited experts and professors from the Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Design and Automation Technology at Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Mechanical Engineering to assist in the design. For example: I) The lifting cam of the capping head (the main component for the smooth operation of the capping machine), while using the "ZALKIN" technology, was designed for kinematics and dynamics by expert professors, greatly improving the smooth operation and reliability of the capping machine. II) The screw cap head (the main component for reliable screw cap effect) has been improved by experts and professors in the design of the magnetic steel, which not only retains the original magnetic torque adjustment device (marked with a torque adjustment dial) for convenient torque adjustment, but also allows for the setting of screw cap head torque according to actual production needs. In addition, it also makes the screw cap torque more accurate, the screw cap effect more reliable, and can better reduce the rate of defective seals.
2) The lid guide rail is equipped with a mechanism to prevent reverse lid passage and retrieval, as well as a set of photoelectric switches. When there is no lid on the lid guide rail, the machine will automatically stop running, effectively avoiding the occurrence of bottle caps.
3) There is a bottle feeding detection switch for the capping machine, which is interlocked with the cap locking cylinder at the connection between the cap guide rail and the capping plate to control the discharge of the bottle cap, ensuring that the feeding of the cap stops when there are no bottles and reducing the loss of caps for users.
4) Efficient centrifugal lid cleaning method with minimal wear on the lid.
5) There is a bottle cap detection mechanism for controlling the start and stop of the bottle cap lifting machine.

I. Bottle delivery chain
1) The transmission motor adopts variable frequency speed regulation, which is synchronized with the three in one bottling machine, effectively preventing the bottles from tipping over.
2) The bottle conveyor chain is equipped with a photoelectric switch, which can control the three in one filling machine to slow down and stop in case of bottle tipping.
II. Rack
1) The rack is welded from high-quality carbon steel and undergoes surface rust prevention treatment and spraying. The surface is covered with stainless steel plate (SUS304).
2) The three in one machine transmission system is located under the rack surface and is driven by a main motor using gear transmission.
3) The transmission gear adopts a cross arrangement of steel gears and nylon gears.
4) The main motor output shaft is equipped with an overload protection mechanism to effectively ensure machine safety.
electric control system
The electric control cabinet is made of stainless steel SUS304 and is equipped with maintenance lighting inside. The PLC automatically controls the entire process of the three in one bottling machine from bottle feeding to bottle discharging.
