1-4 Upper bucket body (kettle Cap)

1-5 Mixing principle

1. The design of dual mixing slurry includes strong kneading interference motion and up and down/left and right circulation motion of low-speed mixing slurry,

2. Scraping the wall is mainly used to scrape off materials that are not easily stirred on the barrel wall, so that there are no mixing dead corners inside the barrel.

3. The high-speed operation of the high-speed dispersing shaft helps to achieve more efficient mixing of high viscosity rubber and powder materials.

1-6 Mixing and scraping wall

1-7 dispersion

1-10 Vacuum System

1. The stirring process can be carried out in a vacuum state; Vacuum degree: ≤ -0.095Mpa.

3. Install stainless steel vacuum buffer filter tanks and switches for pipeline installation.

4. Dynamic seal: using fluororubber skeleton oil seal; D-2、 Static sealing: using O-ring seals.

5. Vacuum pump (3KW oil ring two-stage vacuum pump)

6. The vacuum valve and vent valve use DN32 pneumatic valves

7. Electric contact vacuum gauge (equipment cannot be used when the vacuum is not completely emptied due to equipment descent)

1-11 Positioning System

1. Equipped with positioning adjustment device and locking device, it can accurately position the mixing drum and upper drum body, and prevent rotation.

2. The positioning stop of the lower flange of the upper barrel body is precisely matched with the mixing barrel to ensure that the position of the mixing barrel is reasonable and the positioning is accurate.

3. Install proximity switch probes on the lifting tray to monitor the movement of the mixing drum to the accurate position before lifting and mixing

1-12 Distribution Cabinet

1. The electrical control cabinet and equipment are separate distribution cabinets, and electrical components such as frequency converters and contactors are installed inside the machine

2. The control panel is placed outside the device.

3. The control panel uses PLC touch screen control

4. The vacuum device, variable frequency speed regulation, temperature control, spotlight, lifting, emergency stop and other functions displayed and operated during equipment operation are all carried out on the distribution cabinet.

5. Both dispersion and stirring have timed functions.

6. The control cabinet is equipped with a separate electrically controlled air conditioner

1-13 Safe Operation

1. By relying on a frequency converter and limit travel switch, and through a specially designed control route, the mixing and dispersing function can only be operated after the upper bucket body is raised to the specified position and automatically stops.

1-14 Temperature measurement method

2. The special vacuum buffer tank design can effectively prevent the phenomenon of vacuum pump oil flowing back into the mixing tank.
