mixing machine 
Used for uniformly mixing two or more types of powder/granular materials. In capsule production, its function is to ensure the uniformity of the powder components before filling. Capsule Filling Machine
This is the core equipment for capsule production, responsible for arranging empty capsules, separating body caps, filling powder/particles, and locking. Modern mid to high end models (such as polishing machines with waste removal functions) can also use negative pressure or screening mechanisms to automatically remove unqualified capsules with empty shells, slight filling, fragments, or body cap separation during the polishing process, achieving "polishing and sieving". The parts in contact with drugs usually require the use of corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel, which comply with GMP requirements.
Electronic counting machine
Used for precise counting and packaging of capsules, tablets, or granules into bottles. The mainstream technology is based on photoelectric sensing: when particles fall, they block the infrared beam and generate electrical pulse signals, and the system counts the number of pulses to complete the counting. High end visual counting machines use high-speed cameras to take photos, analyze and count images, and can also identify defective products. The key indicators for measuring its performance include counting accuracy (advanced photoelectric channel accuracy can reach over 99.95%) and speed, and it needs to have anti dust interference capability to adapt to pharmaceutical environments.
