Operation steps of automatic capsule filling machine:
1. Press the green button in the 'power switch' to turn on the power.
2. Slowly adjust the "Vibration Intensity Adjustment Knob" and rotate it clockwise. At this point, the sorting plate integrated with the "Vibration Bracket" begins to vibrate. Touch the sorting plate with your hand and adjust it to a certain oscillation intensity based on your feeling.
3. Put the powdered capsule shells into the "powdered capsule shell sorting tray", and put about 300 capsules each time. Put the capsule cap into the "Capsule Cap Sorting Plate", about 300 capsules each time. The sorting tray is made of organic glass plate, with many funnel-shaped circular holes drilled on top, with a diameter corresponding to the capsule size.
